    This will make accounting for your business’ profit & loss easier.

    Sole proprietorships do not need to produce audited annual financial statements, however, you will need to submit them to SARS with your annual tax return.

    This is because the income derived from the business will be included in your personal income tax return under ‘income derived from a trade’.
