Not legal advice. These terms were drafted in good faith to reflect South African consumer and electronic transaction law as it applies to a small business selling digital guides. They have not been reviewed by an attorney. This website, internetbusiness.co.za, is operated by Online Synergy CC, trading as Internet Business SA, registered in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa. Internet Business SA is not a credit provider, courier company, or government body.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website or buying a guide from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or make a purchase.

3. What We Offer

Internet Business SA publishes free articles and guidance on South African business and personal finance topics, and sells digital PDF guides on specific topics, including The Complete Guide to Becoming a Well Paid Owner-Driver for Courier Companies. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice, see section 10.

4. Who Can Buy From Us

Our guides are intended for adults (18 or older) in South Africa, though we don't currently restrict purchases by location. If you're buying on behalf of someone else or a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

5. Price and Payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Ozow, an instant EFT payment provider regulated as a Third-Party Payment Provider with the Payments Association of South Africa. We don't see or store your banking details, that's handled entirely by Ozow and your bank.

6. Delivery, Cancellations and Refunds

Our guides are digital products delivered by instant download. How delivery works, and your rights to cancel or request a refund, are covered in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property and Your Use of Our Guides

All content on this website, and every guide we sell, is the intellectual property of Online Synergy CC unless stated otherwise. Buying a guide gives you a personal licence to read and use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the file with people who haven't purchased it, or repost its contents elsewhere without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to use this website to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with how the site works for other visitors.

9. Accuracy of Content

We aim to keep our free content and guides accurate and current, but rates, contract terms, insurance costs, tax figures, and company policies referenced anywhere on this site or in our guides change over time. Always verify current figures independently before making a financial or contractual decision.

Nothing on this website or in our guides is financial, legal, or tax advice. Internet Business SA is not a credit provider, courier company, or government body. To the extent permitted by law, Online Synergy CC accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from decisions made based on content on this website or in our guides. Nothing in this clause limits any right you have that can't lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you buy a guide is the one that applies to that purchase. We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever we make a change.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 and, to the extent it applies, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
